Terms and Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any products from the Bath & Taps website. Once your order has been submitted you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Bath & Taps LTD has the right at any time to modify or update these terms and conditions.
Placing an order on our website
You must be aged 18 years or over, you must be a resident in the UK and you must have sufficient funds to cover the cost to us.
Once you have placed an order on our website you will receive an email confirmation of your order and email confirmation of your payment.
Bath & Taps will contact you to confirm your order and to to arrange a convenient delivery date. This will be followed up by a further email confirming your order, delivery date, method of delivery and where possible a tracking number.
On the day of delivery please make sure someone is home at the agreed times of delivery as your products will need to be signed for. If the courier misses you and your delivery can not be left at a local post office or delivery depot for you to collect there will be a re-delivery charge.
Please note that if you are ordering large products you must make sure that the person receiving the delivery are able to take the goods in to the property as couriers are not responsible to take goods in to your property. In some cases 2 people may need to be at the property to receive the delivery if it includes large items such as shower enclosures, baths, toilets etc.
If your order is placed after 2pm or at the weekend or a bank holiday then the order date is from the next working day when we will contact you to confirm order and delivery.
Bath & Taps Ltd will not honour any incorrect prices on our website.
Guarantee – Our products come with a 12 month manufacturer’s guarantee. However in some cases some products come with an extended guarantee this is covered by the manufacturer and not Bath &Taps Ltd
To cancel an order
If your products have not already been dispatched then you can cancel your order by sending us written confirmation to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will respond and confirm the cancellation of your order.
If your products have been dispatched then unfortunately you will not be able to cancel your order.
Bespoke and Special Order items cannot be cancelled after ordering.
If you wish to return a product to us then we require written confirmation to be sent to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your products. Products need to be returned in the original packaging and all return costs covered by you with a tracked courier and insured for any damage during delivery.
Once we receive the products and they have been inspected and passed we will refund your money less 25% restocking.
Any products returned that are damaged or do not meet a resale condition will be refused a refund and will be returned to you at your cost.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 01527 868200 if your products are faulty and we will arrange for a courier to collect the products (please return in the original packaging). We will inspect and test any faulty goods and if it is confirmed they are faulty then a refund will be given, however if the product is not faulty no refund will be given.
In some cases if the product develops a fault the manufacturers offer a repair service, please contact the manufacturer directly to arrange.
Bespoke and Special Order items can not be returned
Due to hygiene concerns toilet seats cannot be returned.
